All of the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and great people overall. They make sure you learn the proper form and help you figure out what weight or scaled option is the best for you. The community is so welcoming and encouraging. It’s so awesome to meet people of all ages and watch them accomplish so much. There’s no pressure for workouts, just encouragement to get the workout completed whether it’s RX or scaled.
