Do you have concerns about COVID-19? We take the fun family atmosphere in the class
setting and apply it to a virtual platform that allows people to improve their health and
longevity from the comfort of their own homes. As we continue to be compliant with
the CDC guidelines for COVID-19 for our gym employees & members' health and safety,
we continue to encourage social distancing. We now offer virtual classes and
understand that you may want to get started from your home's comfort.

platforms in our everyday lives when it comes to work, doctors' appointments,
schooling, etc. We aim to make Crossfit more convenient while also giving you the tools
you need to help reach your fitness goal from home.
